Women On The Line radio show: 7th November

Mental health advocates have increasingly called for female-only areas in mental health settings. These campaigns are about improving the safety and experience of women in crisis, including reducing incidents of sexual assault. This week’s edition of Women on the Line features an interview with Professor Jayashri Kulkarni.

Women On The Line is Community Radio’s national women’s current affairs program. It’s produced and presented by a range of women broadcasters from 3CR in Melbourne, and broadcast across Australia on the Community Radio Network with funding support from the Community Broadcasting Foundation.

Producer: Aoife Cooke, and an interview by Hope Mathumbu

Broadcast: Community Radio Network, Friday 4th November

The show will air on Monday 7th Nov in the morning at 8.30am, with repeats on Wednesday 9th Nov at 6am and Sunday 13th at 7am. After it airs on Monday, it will be available to stream or download from 3cr.org.au/womenontheline
