Dr Shalini Arunogiri awarded a Psychiatry Workforce Leadership Grant from the Victorian Department of Health
Dr Shalini Arunogiri, Deputy Head of the Department of Psychiatry at Central Clinical School, has been awarded a Psychiatry Workforce Leadership Grant from the Victorian Department of Health.
One of only five recipients, the grant will support Dr Arunogiri to develop her leadership capacity through coaching, formal policy and health leadership courses, and mentorship from a consumer with lived experience.
Shalini is delighted and honoured to receive this grant, and is grateful for the Department of Health's support of mental health and addiction leadership.
